Windows 11’s taskbar has an annoying bug, but it’s getting fixed

From PC World: The new Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22635.3212 for testers doesn’t bring any spectacular new features, but Microsoft has fixed an annoying problem that is causing problems for some Windows 11 users, as Betanews writes.

Some users report that Windows 11 takes a loooooong time to finally display the taskbar and make it usable. While the Windows taskbar is missing, you don’t have the quick and important option for starting applications. In addition, the taskbar contains important setting options that are then also missing.

The new KB5034845 update is intended to cure the lame taskbar. Microsoft writes in the support document for Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22635.3212 (Beta Channel):

“Fixed an issue which was causing the taskbar to sometimes be very slow to appear sometimes after booting up and logging in for the first time.”
